There's no magic pill or secret answer its going to take some pain to lose that weight. However if you do things right the pain will only last 4 weeks. Four weeks does not sound long, especially as it is to acheive something we have always dreamed about, but as food lovers these 28 days will be tough if we don't prepare correctly.
  • Don't start this plan if you are about to go through a stressful phase of your life, like a divorce or operation. You will need your energy to ge through a traumatic phase.
  • Don't start this diet before you are about to go on holiday, you need a 4 week space before you can really enjoy full eating again.
  • Don't start this diet if you don't have control of the food you will be eating, e.g. living in hotels on business trips where every meal is shared with colleagues in the luxurious hotel restaurant.
  • Don't start this diet if you have a very special event within 4 weeks, like your daughters wedding.
  • Don't start this diet if you have a disbilitating medical condition or are a vegaterian.
  • To save all the effort of having to restart this diet or others you must make every effort to complete the 4 weeks plan (Phase 1 and 2). You only need to do this once in your life and the information you gather will help you control your weight forever, diet or no diet.
  • Always keep a record of what you eat. Unless you analysis your intake you will never see where you can improve your eating habits. This is where our Diet Journal (username=guest, password=guest) makes that so much easier. You enter the food, it calculates your intake values.
The members area gives you a detailed list of the exact preparation you need to commence the diet, which will make those 4 weeks easier to cope with.

In all cases, as a responsible person, you should always consult your doctor when embarking on a weight-loss programme. Diet programes do not suit every person. This diet programme is followed at your own risk.
