Excessive Carbohydrates make our shit soft and sticky. They also make us have a shit more often. This means we spend more time on the toilet, use more toilet paper and often end up with a sticky arse. Which in this time of thongs is something we don't need. Carbohydrates also make our shit stink and make us fart more often. Where as proteins are more efficient, creating hard and cleaner shit on a less frequent basis. My wife was amazed by how little I now fart or stink the toilet out now that my carbohydrates are under control.
